The Final House Walk Through

You already walked through the house once. At that time there was probably just furniture, etc. in the house. You walked through once to get a good idea of what you were buying, and that obviously was successful. The final walk through of the house is the most important one though. This must be done with great care and concern. Make sure that this walk through is taking place when every single thing is moved out. You need to search for any cracks, chips or repairs that need to be made. This was not done on your watch so it must not be your sole responsibility.
